WHAT IT IS:

The traditional 26&2 practice also known as Hot Yoga consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing techniques performed in a heated room of 40 degrees and 40% humidity. Welcome to your rain forest! Our studio uses far infrared heaters to heat the objects in the room creating a much more breathable, bearable, healthy heat in the room.

WHAT IT’S NOT:

This is not an intense exercise class, yes the heat is intense but its a practise to connect to your body, the heat forces you to be present & meditate. We use heat and mirrors to help you see how capable you truly are. Your intentionally putting your body in a stress controlled environment to build resilience and strength and carry that with you off your mat. Regular breaks are encouraged when you feel they are needed particularly if you are new to this practise, there is no rush and you can come back tomorrow.

A little about me…

I’ve been practicing Yoga for over a decade. Ive traveled the whole way across the world twice to be able to teach & share my love for this practice authentically, having experienced the benefits myself. I want to pass on the magic. I completed my 26&2 Hot Yoga teacher training with a World Champion and he has also trained with and taught some of the most senior teachers in Hot Yoga.

  • Yoga mat, long towel, water

  • We advise not eating too much before class, try to not eat anything to heavy 2/3hrs before. After class its really important you drink loads of water and rehydrate with electrolytes and to replace any lost minerals through sweat.
